How FixIt Works For You

Step 1

You book a service request - this gets you a FixIt Pro at your property and diagnosing your issue. You are not committing to anything except having someone come take a look.

Step 2

You’ll be able to track the status of your job and your Pro’s estimated time of arrival online. Once arrived, the Pro will provide you with an estimate of time and materials needed to complete the job. At this point, you decide whether you want to move forward with the work. If you want the Pro to proceed with the work, they can typically start right away.

Step 3

Once the job is completed, you will automatically be charged for the amount of work you approved, and not a dollar more! No need to run to the ATM or wait for a cheque to be cashed - we are bringing online payment to the home improvement industry.

Step 4

All estimates and approvals are logged for peace of mind and accountability. Once payment has been processed, you will automatically receive a detailed pdf receipt for your records. Any concerns with the job? Contact us and we’ll make it right.
